Meg approaches each real estate transaction with a client focused attitude. As an experienced top producing Realtor since 2003, she understands that buying and selling a home is much more than just a business transaction. Her top priority is to educate and inform her clients so they are equipped to make sound financial and life decisions when it comes to buying and selling properties.

Meg listens to her clients and learns what is most important to them so that she can work efficiently to create customized solutions to meet their needs. A lifelong native of Towson, Meg specializes in neighborhoods located in the Central Baltimore Corridor. She is a graduate of Towson High School and earned a B.A. in Economics from Hollins University in Roanoke, VA. She lives in West Towson with her husband, John Weetenkamp and three children and is very involved in her community. In addition to spending time with her family, Meg’s interests include cooking, entertaining, traveling and exercise.
Mary Beth has enjoyed tremendous success since beginning her Real Estate career in 2002. Following in the footsteps of her Mother, Marge Eikenberg, a Realtor since 1978, she is instilled with a passion for helping others. Mary Beth is client-focused and takes the time to fully evaluate the needs of her clients in order to best serve them. She understands that effective communication and negotiation are the cornerstone to a successful transaction. She also understands and respects the demands on her client’s time. She handles transactions in an efficient manner, providing timely updates and minimizing the inconvenience of buyer and selling a home.

Mary Beth provides a high level of service that her clients deserve and you will feel the connection when you work with her. She has extensive knowledge in investment properties & construction and manages a portfolio of rental and commercial properties in Baltimore City.

After receiving her B.A. in Finance from Towson University, Mary Beth went on to pursue her MBA in Marketing at Loyola College of MD. Prior to entering real estate, she spent 15 years in commercial lending and technology sales. A native of Harford Co, Mary Beth has also resided in Baltimore Co. & Baltimore City and developed extensive knowledge in these areas. She currently resides in Howard County with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys traveling, golf, exercise, watching football, gardening, and renovation projects.
